Section 9: Number of coupon books and coupons to be issued at a time and their availability

The Kerala Legislative Assembly Ex-Members (Free Transit) Rules 2009State Rules of Kerala · 1976

(1) No fresh coupon books and coupons shall be issued to any member, unless the Secretary is satisfied that the coupon books and coupons previously issued to such member have been used by him or returned by him to the Secretary at least fifteen days before the expiry of the period of validity.

(2) The coupon books shall be available for use only by the Ex-member whose name is specified thereon.
