Section 4: Requisition for supply of coupon books

The Kerala Legislative Assembly Ex-Members (Free Transit) Rules 2009State Rules of Kerala · 1976

(1) The Secretary shall, whenever necessary, make a requisition to the General Manager, Southern Railway, Chennai/the Senior Divisional Manager, Indian Oil Corporation, Thiruvananthapuram for the supply of rail travel coupon books/ fuel coupon, as the case may be, for use by the Ex-Members under and in accordance with the rules.

(2) On receipt of such requisition, General Manager, Southern Railway, Chennai/the Senior Divisional Manager, Indian Oil Corporation, Thiruvananthapuram, as the case may be, shall supply to the Secretary, rail travel coupon books/fuel coupons for Ex-members and raise the necessary debit against the Government of Kerala.
