Every ex-member, at the option of such Exmember, shall be provided by the Secretary with rail travel coupon book or fuel coupons or both to the money value of *fifty thousand rupees or to such enhanced amount as may be fixed by Government from time to time, for a period of twelve calendar months which shall make such Ex-member and his/her spouse and one companion eligible to travel by train in any class by any railway in India or for purchase of fuel for his/her journey in a private vehicle.
