Section 7: Certificate on coupon books

The Kerala Legislative Assembly Ex-Members (Free Transit) Rules 2009State Rules of Kerala · 1976

Every rail travel coupon book shall contain the following certificate affixed by the Secretary, namely:- “I hereby certify that Shri/Shrimathi/Kumari......................................................... is an Ex-Member of the Kerala Legislative Assembly and tickets may be issued in exchange of the rail travel coupon for journeys to be undertaken by him/her and his/her spouse and a person accompanying him/her within India”.
