Section 31: Annual report of Licensing Authority

The Kerala Livestock Feed, Poultry Feed and Mineral Mixture (Regulation of Manufacture, Storage, Distribution, Sale and Quality Assurance)…State Act of Kerala · Act 27 of 2023

(1) The Licensing Authority shall prepare an annual report in each financial year, in such form and at such time as may be prescribed, on its activities on the previous year and copies of such report shall be furnished to the Government.

(2) A copy of the report received under sub-section (1) shall be laid, as soon as may be after it is received, before the Legislative Assembly.
