Section 32: Protection of action taken in good faith

The Kerala Livestock Feed, Poultry Feed and Mineral Mixture (Regulation of Manufacture, Storage, Distribution, Sale and Quality Assurance)…State Act of Kerala · Act 27 of 2023

No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the members of the State Feed Quality Consultative Committee, Licensing Authority, the Feed Safety Enforcement Officer, the Feed Safety Assurance Officer or the Authorised Officer for anything done or action taken or any act done in good faith under this Act.
