Section 10: Maintenance of registers and records

The Kerala Loading and Unloading ( Regulation of Wages and Restriction of Unlawful Practices) Act, 2002State Act of Kerala · Act 10 of 2002

The registers and records to be maintained by the Labour Inspectors and employers, the form of receipt to be given by the workers and the particulars and form of registers and records to be maintained by any person who employs or engages workers for non-domestic purposes shall be in such manner as may be prescribed by the Government.
