Every worker who had received an amount for the loading and unloading work connected with or related to the purposes of this Act shall give a signed receipt to the employer or the person who has engaged or employed him as the case may be, soon after its receipt and the receipt so given shall be conclusive evidence that he has accepted the amount mentioned therein towards wages.
