The Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, direct that any power exercisable by them under this Act or the rules made thereunder (other than the powers conferred by this section, sections 22, 23 and 25) shall in relation to such matters and 9 subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the notification, shall be exercised also by such officer or Authority subordinate to the Government, as may be specified in the notification.
