Section 22: Power to amend Schedule

The Kerala Loading and Unloading ( Regulation of Wages and Restriction of Unlawful Practices) Act, 2002State Act of Kerala · Act 10 of 2002

(1) The Government may, if it is of opinion that it is expedient or necessary in the public interest so to do, by notification in the Official Gazette, add to or alter or amend the Schedule and on any such notification being issued, the Schedule shall be deemed to have been amended accordingly.

(2) Every such notification, shall, as soon as may be after it is issued, be laid before the Legislative Assembly.
