Section 19: Directions by Government

Kerala Motor Transport workers Welfare fund Board 1985 act 21 & Act 23 ,2005State Act of Kerala · Act 21 of 1985

(1) The Government may, after consultation with the Board give to the Board general instructions to be followed by the Board.

(2) In the exercise of its powers and performance of its duties under this act, the Board shall not depart form any general instruction issued under sub section (1), except with the previous permission of the Government.
