Section 20: Power to order inquiry

Kerala Motor Transport workers Welfare fund Board 1985 act 21 & Act 23 ,2005State Act of Kerala · Act 21 of 1985

(1) The Government may at any time, appoint any person to inquire into the working of the Board and to submit a report to the Government

(2) The Board shall give the person so appointed all facilities for the proper conduct of the inquiry and furnished to him such documents, accounts and information in the possession of the Board as the may require,
