Section 26A: Constitution of Special Protection Force

The Kerala Protection of River Banks and Regulation of Removal of Sand Act, 2001State Act of Kerala · Act 18 of 2001

(1) The Government shall, for the purpose of preventing any activity violating the provisions of this Act and to ensure the compliance of the provisions of this Act in each Kadavu, constitute a Special Protection Force.

(2) The composition, powers and functions of the Special Protection Force shall be such as may be prescribed.
