Section 26B: Protection of action taken in good faith

The Kerala Protection of River Banks and Regulation of Removal of Sand Act, 2001State Act of Kerala · Act 18 of 2001

No litigation, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person in respect of anything done or intended to be done in good faith for performing the duties and functions under this Act or the rules made thereunder.
