Section 15: Restrzction on transport of raw cas/leu nuts

Raw Cashewnuts (Procurement and Distribution) Act, 1981 (Act 14 of 1981)State Act of Kerala · Act 14 of 1981

No person shall tran!port or attempt to transport or abet the transport of raw cashcwnut~ from nne place to another place in the State except under nnd in accordance with R permit issued in that behalf by the competent authority or ony other officer authorised by the Government in this behalf:

Provided that nothing contained in this tection shall apply to the movement of raw cashewnuts by a cultivator for sale thereof to the agent or a aub-agent.
