Section 16: Application form and form of permit

( I) An application for the grant of a permit shall be in the prescribed form and shall be verified in tho prescribed manner and 5hall be affixed with a court .. fce stamp of the valua of two rupees. ·

(2) The permit shall be in such form as may be prescribed.
