No civil court shall grant a11 injunction or make any order for any other relief again~t the] Government or the agent or a suu-agr-11t or any officer specified or authorised under tht~ Act, in respect of any act done or purporting to be done by the Govern• mcnt or the agent or the sub-agent or such officer under this Act or any rule made thereunder, until after·noticr-·or~the application for such iujunc tion or other relief has been given to the Government or the agent or th<~ · sub .. agent or such officer, as the case may be.
