( 1) No suit, prosecution or othel' legal proceeding shall lie against any person for anything which is iu good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of any provision of this Act or any rule made thereunder.

(2) No suit or other legal proceeding shall he against the Govcrrnncnt for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything which is in ~ood faith dune or intended to be done 1n pur~uance of any provision ot thiJt Act or any rule made thereunder.
