Section 12: സര്ണ്ക്കാരില് നിന്നുള്ള പ്ഗാെുേള്

(1) സര്ണ്ക്കാര്ണ്, നിയമസഭ പാസ്സാക്കിയ നിയമം മൂേം യഥാവിധി ധനവിനികയാഗം നെത്തിയതിനുകശഷം, ഈ ആേ്റിടെ ആവശയത്തികേക്്ക വിനികയാഗിക്കുന്നതിനായി യുക്തടമന്ന് േരുതുന്ന അങ്ങടനയുള്ള തുേ പ്ഗാൊയി േമ്മീഷന് നല്കേണ്ടതാണ്.

(2) േമ്മീഷന്, ഈ ആേ്റിൻേീെിേുള്ള ചുമതേേള് നിര്ണ്വഹിക്കുന്നതിന് ആവശയടമന്ന് േരുതുന്ന പ്പോരമുള്ള തുേ, പ്ഗാെില് നിന്്ന ടചേവാക്കാവുന്നതും അപ്പോരമുള്ള തുേ (1)-ാം ഉപവേുപ്പില് പരാമര്ണ്ശിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള പ്ഗാെില് നിന്നും നല്കേണ്ട ടചേവായി േരുകതണ്ടതുമാണ്.
