Section 14: േമ്മീഷടെ വാര്ണ്ഷിേ റികപ്പാര്ണ്ട്ട്

(1) േമ്മീഷൻ, ഓകരാ സാമ്പത്തിേ വര്ണ്ഷവും അവസാനിച്ചകശഷം മൂന്ന് മാസത്തിനുള്ളില്, നിര്ണ്ണയിക്കടപ്പെുന്ന അങ്ങടനയുള്ള ഫാറത്തിേും അങ്ങടനയുള്ള രീതിയിേും മുൻ സാമ്പത്തിേവര്ണ്ഷത്തില് ഏടറെുത്ത പ്പവര്ണ്ത്തനങ്ങളുടെയും പരിപാെിേളുടെയും പൂര്ണ്ണ വിവരങ്ങള് ോണിക്കുന്ന ഒരു വാര്ണ്ഷിേ റികപ്പാര്ണ്ട്ട് സര്ണ്ക്കാരിന് സമര്ണ്പ്പികക്കണ്ടതാണ്.

(2) (1)-ാം ഉപവേുപ്പ ് പ്പോരമുളള റികപ്പാര്ണ്ട്ടിടെ ഒരു പേര്ണ്പ്പ്, അത് േഭിച്ചതിനുകശഷം ആറുമാസത്തിനേം സര്ണ്ക്കാര്ണ്, നിയമസഭ മുമ്പാടേ വയ്കക്കണ്ടതാണ്.
