Section 3: Creation and incorporation of the Board

The Kerala State Rural Development Board Act, 1971State Act of Kerala · Act 15 of 1971

The duty of carrying out of the provisions of this Act shall, subject to the restrictions, conditions and limitations therein contained, be vested in a Board to be called "the Kerala State Rural Development Board" and such Board shall be a body corporate and have perpetual succession and a common seal and shall by the said name sue and be sued.
