Section 11: Meetings of Town Vending Conimittee

( l) The meetings of the .Town Vending Comrilittee shall be held at \east on�e in three foonths and at such other shorter intervals as may be necessary to transact its business:·

Provided that the first meeting of a Town Vending Committee shall be .convened by the Chairperson within forty-five days from the date of its constitution.

(2) The transaction of business of the Town. Vending Committee . shall be conducted as · per the rules applicable for the conduct of business of the Cm�ncil of the local authority concerned.

(3) The meetings of the Town Vending Committee · shall be held at the Headquarters of the focal authority concerned or at such other places within the jurisdiction. of the local authority, as. may be decided by the Chairperson, from time to time.
