(1) T he Town Vending Commi.ttee may follow such procedure for the transaction · of its ·business as · may be decided by the Chairperson in cons\lltation with the members . .
(2) _Subject to the provisions of the Act and these rules, the· resolutions of a Town Vending Committee shall be passed by a simple majority of the· members present· and voting in the meeting.
