(1) േബാർഡിന്, റഗുേലഷനുകളിൽ വ്യവസ്ഥ െചയ്യാവുന്ന ്രപകാരമുളള േബാർഡിെൻ്റ ധനകാര്യവുമായി ബന്ധെപ്പട്ട അധികാരങ്ങൾ വിനിേയാഗിക്കുന്നതിനും ചുമതലകൾ നിർവ്വഹിക്കുന്നതിനുമായി ഒരു ധനകാര്യ സ്റ്റാൻ്റിംഗ് കമ്മിറ്റിെയ നിയമിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.

(2) േബാർഡിന്, കളള ് വ്യവസായത്തിെൻ്റ സാഹചര്യങ്ങൾക്കും ആവശ്യകതകൾക്കും േവണ്ട പരിഗണന നൽകി ്രപസ്തുത ചുമതലകൾ നിറേവറ്റെപ്പടുന്നുെണ്ടന്്ന ഉറപ്പ് വരുത്തുന്നതിനുളള ആവശ്യത്തിേലയക്്കായി കാലാകാലങ്ങളിൽ, ഒേന്നാ അതിലധികേമാ കമ്മിറ്റികെള നിയമിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.
