Section 13: Acts not to be invalidated by irregularity, vacancy, etc

The Kerala Water Supply and Sewerage Act, 1986State Act of Kerala · Act 14 of 1986

No act done or proceeding taken under this Act by the Authority or a subcommittee appointed by the Authority shall be invalidated merely on the ground of--

(a) any vacancy in, or defect in the constitution of the Authority or any subcommittee thereof, or ;

(b) any defect or irregularity in the appointment of a person acting as a member thereof, or ;

(c) any defect or irregularity in such act of proceeding not affecting the merits of the case.
