Section 14: Travelling expenses for journey of family on the death of a Leader of the Opposition

On the death of the Leader of the Opposition, the members of his family shall be entitled to travelling expenses in respect of the journey from Delhi to their usual place of residence outside Delhi on the same scale as is admissible for the time being to the family of a Central Government servant of the first grade on his death while in service:
Provided that the journey shall be completed by the family of the Leader of the Opposition within six months from his death.
