Section 3: Fees for making application for grant of a License

Application Fees for grant of license rules 2012State Rules of Madhya Pradesh · 2003

(1) Every application under Section 14 for grant of licence by the Commission, shall be accompained by a non refundable fee of Repees Five Lalchs only.

- (2) The fee shall be remitted through Demand draft/RTGS in favour of Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission.
