The Inspector shall f ix a date for the examinat ion of the boiler as required under sub -section (2) of Section 7. He shall proceed to take action under sub-section (3) of Section 7 on the date fixed and submit his report to the, Chief Inspector as early as practicable. The Chief Inspector s hall issue his orders under sub - section (4) of Section 7 with delay.
