Section 3: Preparation of Budget

Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Budget) Rules 2019State Rules of Madhya Pradesh · 2003

(1) The Commission shall prepare each financial year, its budget for the next financial year showing the estimated receipts and expenditure of the Commission.

(2) The Budget shall be prepared 111 the forms prescribed in Annexure I and Annexure II appended to these rules.
