Section 11: Gram Nirman Samiti

(al The said Committee shall perform construction work up to 5 lac (Five Lac) rupees and shall act as construction agency for Gram Panchayat and shall work under the supervising and instructions of Gram Panchayat or Gram Sabha. -

(b)After being approved by the Gram Sabha of all types of construction ---works in the-areas-ofGram-Sabha-.- --- --- ----- ---- - - ---- ------ --- - --------

(c) Expenditure incurred on the construction work shall be submitted in the next meeting of Gram Sabha for its approval.

_ (d) The Grq.m Nirman Samiti and Vikas Samiti of Gram -Panchayat shall be responsible to summit regular progress report and pointwise details of month~y expenditure of construction work.

_ (e) Gram Nirman Samiti shall submit a consol~dated progress report on all construction works to Gram Sabha. -.. - -

(f) It shall be responsible for all the reievant construction works for submitting information and document, techQical valuation and for audit work as specified in Section 7-K of the Act. 1-

(g) All other lllatters which may be assigned to the Gram Nirman Samiti by the Gram Sabha.
