Section 17: Conduct of Business

(l) In the meeting any additional agenda dupng the .conduct of business may be kept for discussion only after consent of the members.

(2) If any issue is related to more than one Standing Committee in that case the issue may be placed before the Gram Sabha for its decision.

(3) If the issue is concerned with policy matters it shall be decided by th~ Gram Sabha. The said issues shall be forWarded t() Gram Sabha for R.20 l'J.P. GRAM SABRA (CONST!. ... MATTERS) RULES, 2012 ,(PR)163 '.
