Section 18: Decision on the issues of agenda

( I) The dt?Cisionon the agenda brought before the Standing Commitlee may be decided on the basis of consensus of opinion of the Standing Committee.

(2) In case of difference in opinion among the members, the decision may be ta~en by voting on majority basis. .
