Section 9: Filling up of the vacancies

Madhya Pradesh Gram Sabha (Constitution Of Standing Committees, Procedure For Conduct of Business and Allied Matters) Rules, 2012State Rules of Madhya Pradesh · 1993

The casual vacancy which arises in the event of death, resignation or removal of members of the Standing Committee may be filled up by Gram Sabha within a period of one month for the remaining term of the vacant post. -
