Section 10: Powers, functions and responsibilities of the Committee

The Committee is empowered to exercise the powers and perform the functions of review, supervision, monitoring and co-ordination of the role and responsibilities assigned to it, like Total Sanitation Campaign, National Rural Drinking Water Programme, National Rural Health Mission and nutrition programme.
