Section 9: Terms of the Committee

(l) The terms ofthe COmmitteeshall be the same as of Gram Panchayat. Mter new constitution of the Gram Panchayat the Gram Sabha will re-nominate the members of the Committee.

(2) If any member remains absent for consecutively three meetings, then his membership shall be terminated after approval of at least 50%.

(3) When the campaign/programme of Total Sanitation Campaign, National Rural Drinking Water Programme, Health Mission and Nutrition programme are completed in all respect, then the concerned Adhoc Committee shall be dissolved automatically.
