A reference of dispute under Section 6 shall be made in writ ing to the Registrar in Form H. Wherever necessary, the Registrar may require the party referring the dispute on him to produce a cert if ied copy of the relevant records on which the dispute is ba sed and such other statements or records as may be required by him, before proceeding with the consideration of the reference.
