Section 21: Earthquake proof

In addition to the document prescribed in rule 20, the certificates ~s indicated in Appendix A-2, A~3, A-4, A-5, A-6 and A-7 shall :be submitted duly signed by the Developer, Architect and Structural Engineer where the land is situated in earthquake prone areas. In case of larger buildings having more than 500 square meters built up area or in case of more than 3 storied buildings, the certificates as' per Appendix A- .

8, A-9 and A-10 shall be submitted separately by the Architect, Developer and Structural Engineer respectively on the completion of the project concerned.
