Section 46: Accounts etc, to be open to inspection

Every vendor shall allow any District Registrar or Sub-Registrar or any revenue officer not below the rank of Naib Tahsildar on any official duly authorised in that behalf by the Collector or by the State Government at any time to inspect his register of sales and to examine his licence and the stock of stamps in his possession.
