Section 47: Stamps to be delivered on demand by the Collector or on revocation of licence, etc

MP stamp rule 1942State Rules of Madhya Pradesh · 1899

Every licensed vendor, shall as any time on the demand of the Collector or on revocation or on relinquishment of his licence deliver up all stamps or any class of stamps remaining in his possession together, with the register, copies of the Act and rules which he was supplied with free of cost shall submit to the Authorised Officer.
