Section 16: Approval of the Development Commissioner on Select List

The Madhya Pradesh Panchayat and Rural Development Department Class III (Ministerial and Non-Ministerial) Service Recruitment Rules, 1992State Rules of Madhya Pradesh · 1993

The list will be submitted to the Development Commissioner with the following records prepared by the Committee according to rule 15:-

(1) The record of all the persons included in the list.

(2) The record of such members of the service who are to be superseded as per recommendation of the Committee ~entioned in the column -(2) of the Schedule IV.

(3) The reasons recorded by th~ Committee1for the proposed supersession mentioned in column (2) of Schedule IV. \ -
