Section 9: Disqualification

(2) Na candidate shall be eligibl~ far appaintment ta a service .orpast, wha has married befare the minimum age fixed for marriage.

(3) A candidate shall nat be eligible far any service .or past if he has mare than twa living children .one.ofwham is bam an .orafter 26th January 2001:
