Section 19: Probation and Regularization

(l) Every person directly recruited to the service shall be appoint.ed on probation for a period of two years.

(2)The person appointed on any post ofthe Panchayat Raj service shall not be regularised until the probation period is not completed satisfactori":

ly by him or he has not passed the departmental examination, if any, or he has not undergone training for the post. if any. as laid dovm by the Government or Panchayat Raj Sanchalnalaya for holding such post. ° . 20. Interpretation.-If any question arises relating to the interpretation of these rules. it shall be referred to the Government whose decision thereon shall be final.
