Section 21: Relaxation

Provided that the -case' -shalt -not -be--deart--Wiihiri-'any-manner less-- - --- favourable to him than .that proyided in these rules. _. '__ . 22. Savings.-Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation and other conditions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes in accordance with the instruction issued by the State Government from time to time in this regard.
