Section 14: Inviting Application for Direct Recruitment

(l) Appointment by. direct recruitrrlent shall be made by inviting applications .through advertisement in a daily news paper widely circulated in that area. The advertisement shall also specifying the naqle ,.of the post, qualification " required to be possessed by t)1ecandidate, number ofvacancies to be filled in, number ofvacancies reserved for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes' and other categories and particulars including pay scales, criteria fixed for recruitment etc.

(2) A copy of such advertisement shall be affixed on the notice board of the -Panchayat officeand District Collectorate.

(3) Such vacancies shall also.be intimated to the local Employment • Exchange.
