Section 5: Grant of certification of registration and license

The supervising authority, after making such enquiry including inspection of the premises intended to be used for the nursing home of clinical establishment, as deemed necessary shall if satisfied that there is no objection to registration, register the applicant and issued to him a certificate of registration, in Form ‘B’ and a license in Form ‘BB’.

The supervising authority shall as far as possible, dispose of every application received under these rules within one month from the date of receipt of application.
