Section 6: Renewal of registration and license

the Madhya Pradesh Upcharyagriha Tatha Rujopchar Sambandhi Sthapanaye (Registrikaran Tatha Anugyapan) Rules, 1997State Rules of Madhya Pradesh · 1973

(1) An application for the renewal of registration shall be made every three year 1 in advance in Form ‘A’ at least one month before the date on which the registration and the license are to expire and shall be accompanied by the fee prescribed in rule 7.

(2) On receipt of an application made under sub-rule (1) the supervising authority shall, if satisfied that the application is in order, issue a fresh certificate in Form ‘B’ and a license in Form ‘BB’.
