The fee for grant of certificate of registration and license and for issue of duplicate certificate of registration and license shall be as specified in the Schedule I and shall be credited to the receipt Head 0210- Medical. The fee chargeable for renewal of certificate of registration and license shall be the same as for grant of a fresh certificate of registration and license.
