Section 7: Oath of office and secrecy

Maharashtra Admission Regulating Authority and Fee Regulating Authority, Chairperson and Members (Appointment and Service Conditions) Rules,State Rules of Maharashtra · 2015

(1) Every person appointed as the Chairperson of the Authority shall, before entering his office, make and subscribe an Oath of Office and Secrecy, in Form I and महाराष्टट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग चार-ब, नोव््हेेंबर १८, २०२२/कार््ततिक २७, शके १९४४ 9 Form II, respectively, appended to these Rules, before the Minister-in-Charge of the Higher and Technical Education Department of the Government.

(2) Every person appointed as a Member of the Authority shall, before entering his office, make and subscribe an Oath of Office and Secrecy, in Form I and Form II, respectively, appended to these Rules, before the Chairperson of the Authority.
