Section 8: Declaration of financial or other Interest

Maharashtra Admission Regulating Authority and Fee Regulating Authority, Chairperson and Members (Appointment and Service Conditions) Rules,State Rules of Maharashtra · 2015

Before appointment, the Chairperson and the Member shall give an undertaking in Form III that he does not and will not have any such financial or other interest as is likely to affect prejudicially, his functions as such Chairperson or Member.
