Section 66: Cost in appeals

The Maharashtra Boiler Rules, 1962State Rules of Maharashtra · 1923

In appeals before the Appellate Authority the President is authorized to fix the cost and recover them from the appellant in any case in which the appeal is dismissed; in all case of appeal in which a local inspection is required by the appellant he shall deposit in advance the full costs of such inspection.
